Anni runs the really super nice ONLINE SHOP NICE STUFF.
Among hords of items and goodies, each you immediately fall in love, she sells silicone baking molds.
Not simple silicone baking molds.
BUTTERFLY SHAPED SILICONE BAKING MOLDS.
People knowing me better know I am good at coffee making but my talent as baker is limited.
But these butterfly molds were teasing so much, I wanted to give them a try.
„They are perfect for girls parties, where all these super stressed little ones are not able to eat an average muffin!“ tells Anni, knowing as mother of two girls.
Great I was hooked.
I employed an assistant.
Little kid.
Already 6 years old.
And we sticked to simple things:
Yoghurtcupcake.
Just without yoghurt due to no yoghurt in the fridge.
We took cream cheese.
No tasty difference was tastable.
We added the not so perfect result from my experience with Earthsprouts raw chocolate.
Also no harms to taste.
Little kid mixed.
After a while we decided mixing is perfect.
Mold packaging wanted mold to be rinsed in warm soapy water.
Done by me.
And to be sprayed with nonstickingoilspray.
Nothing like this at hand.
We sticked to oil.
Poured amount of approx. 1 tbs into one mold and spread into others with fingers.
Little 6 year old fingers are perfect for that.
Then heaped one spoonful of dough into each mold.
Cleaned edges.
And into the oven.
15 Minutes are just enough to not overstress 6 year old waiting abilities.
Finished!
But now?
How to remove?
Just flip whole mold.
Little butterflies are popping out perfectly.
Only one thing…they are.. hm… fat.
Ok.
Next patch.
Oiling.
But while heaping I kept an eye to fill really poorly and spread into all edges.
Again some cleaning.
And some waiting.
Again perfect popping and this time more flat butterflies.
Cleaning the mold after the job is done, is no job at all.
Thanks to perfect oiling.
So if you want to move over to Annis NICESTUFF, make sure to have a look at the MOLDs.
Only one tip left: Buy two, so with a regular amount of dough you are done in one baking step.
