Selbermachen: Fixie update

Ich bin ja immer total fasziniert, was Ihr aus meinen Schnitten macht!

Ich habe ja eine bestimmte Vorstellung im Kopf, wenn ich einen Schnitt entwickle, dann kommt der Prototyp, das Musternähen, alles in meiner, von meinen Vorlieben, Stimmungen, etc geprägten, Stilwelt verhaftet.

Und dann geht der Schnitt raus zu Euch.
Und die paar Zettel Papier treffen auf Eure ganz persönlichen Stilwelten.

Und dann kommen so Sachen raus wie diese wunderschöne Kappe von Dodo aus Tirol!
Schaut Euch mal an, wie sogar das Muster bei Mittelteil und Schirm übereinstimmt! GRATULATION liebe Dodo!

Das Beste dabei ist aber, dass Dodo das Schnittmuster so weit adaptiert hat, dass eben das Käppi hier rauskommt. Und diese Änderungen habe ich jetzt in den Schnitt eingearbeitet – also Fixie mit neuer Passform jetzt im Shop!

I always love what you do with my patterns!
The results are always fascinating, especially if they differ a lot from what I had in my (small) mind, when I created the pattern.
Look what Dodo from Tirol had done to the Fixie pattern – please recognise the matching fabric pattern on mid panel and visor! 
The best: Dodo altered my pattern a little bit to get this wonderful brit-chic hat. And she shared her alterations, so I updated the pattern – now available in the shop – I hope you enjoy the new shape!
